Hair Lifestyle, Graphic & Printed Apparel
This includes the majority of items located in Hair Lifestyle and Graphic Apparel collections. These items are often printed on demand when ordered. The printing time is between 2 and 7 business days. So, your order should reach you within 10 business days.
Fashion Apparel and Accessories
Includes all items listed under the Worldwide Brands, Men’s Fashion and Women’s Fashion menu categories. These items usually have a 1-2 business day processing time and a 1-3 business day delivery time for USA delivery (and 4-9 days for international). So, your order should reach you within 5 to 7 business days.
Exceptions – Items with longer shipping times
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
For Domestic shipping, we use USPS standard shipping. If you have other shipping needs because of delivery time, please contact us by email or by using the “chat with us” option at the bottom of our website and we’ll try to accommodate you. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
For European and International orders, items shipped from the UK are sent using standard shipping. Items sent from the USA will be shipped from the U.S. using one of the following international shipping options: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL. Shipping price may vary depending upon the option chosen.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information when your package has shipped. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order and you have ordered multiple items, we will ship you the item that is in stock. For the out of stock item, depending upon how long it is likely to be before we get the item back in stock – we will either refund you the cost of the item -or- ship you the item when becomes available. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the shipment of that item.
